Peter Sparklir is one of Fairy Worlds more famous fairies, and the godparent of Tom Joan.
He is a handsome, yet quite narcissistic male fairy. Peter is not one to be correct in ideas, nor does he take the account of feelings for anyone, including his godchild. He enjoys watching his enemies fail miserably and always gloats or disgraces them.
He is a broad-shouldered gentleman with the appearance of a man of relatively healthy middle-age. His hair is described a s very good looking a well put together. He has been described as "very handsome" by several over the course of the series.
His personality, like all fairies, assign to complete/contradict his godchild's. He is more rebellious, despite his formal appearance.
He cares mostly for himself, but also cares greatly for his godchild, Tom. He is a very concieted man. Peter often disregards the rules or finds loopholes in them easily, and sees rules as only obstacles preventing him from having fun and enjoying his immortal life.
Peter is always making mischief. He has broken eggs, stolen items, gone onto federal property, broken windows, and encouraged Tom to do the same. Sometimes, however, Peter's antics go unpunished (or at least unpunished as a direct result of his crimes) in various episodes. Even when the moral lesson is obvious, Peter rarely learns it, and from episode to episode shows no growth of moral character, usually committing worse crimes as the series goes on. Peter often has a tendency to accept outrageous ideas as fact to explain seemingly mundane occurrences, and bends others to his will, going so far as to make them go against their moral standards completely.
